We are very passionate about catering. We believe that having the right people, working the positions they love will bring forth the best results. Communication is very important and we take pride in responding quickly to our client’s requests and needs. Catering is the biggest entertaining aspect of an event and there are many important factors and details that take place. We want to make sure your event is just the way you envisioned it would be.

Owners Brian & Mollie Rubenzer bought the catering company March 2005, previously named Ollies Kitchen and was established in 1987. Over the last 7 years they have worked hard to become a top caterer in the Twin Cities.

Catering Sales and Event Director Kris Oakvik along with event managers Dawn Knapek and Kari Johnson are very passionate about you!  Follow up, Follow through and attention to detail are their promises to you ensuring the best possible results for your event.

Executive Chef Brian Rubenzer, Catering Chef  Jeremy DeBruzzi , Manager Justin Ader have worked very hard together to create a culinary experience with stellar presentation, creative cuisine and delicious flavors, which makes your food experience memorable.
